The therapy space is a place for all to feel safe and supported. It is my goal to welcome you and encourage you to be your authentic self, while also encouraging vulnerability, self-exploration, and reflection. I believe in client-centered care, meaning I want to work as a team while planning the best possible treatment for you. I recognize that you are the expert on yourself.

In my work, I value evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and cultural humility. I integrate mindfulness, body work (progressive muscle relaxation, breath work, aromatherapy) into my practice to provide comprehensive care. I am also always willing to apply and further research ideas you would like to bring into therapy, as well. I have experience with a wide variety of diagnoses, levels of care, and people, and would love to be a support to those searching.

While outside of the therapy space, I frequent yoga studios, coffee shops, and bookstores. I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and my cat, Bella. I am an avid reader and am always willing to discuss new books. I have been in Chicago for about two years now, and love to find new places and try new foods!
